My practice is devoted to helping individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. If you are struggling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, eating/food issues or other challenges unique to your life, I have over 20 years of experience helping my clients through difficult times utilizing a family systems and solution-focused approach. I enjoy working with clients ranging from the often challenging adolescent years through the ever-changing lives of adults.

Christiana Atkins, Counselor, LPC, NCC, PhD Candidate, Counseling Psychology Fellow

The decision to work with a therapist can seem overwhelming. I strive to create a collaborative environment to deal with past issues, current stressors, and to help you outline your future goals. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, or other concerns, I provide a trusting relationship, in a judgement free atmosphere, to promote health and wellbeing.

I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children (ages 12+). I use a multidisciplinary therapeutic approach that is specific to your needs and goals. This includes the use of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and trauma informed treatment.

Amante Gonzalez, Counselor, MA, LPC, PhD Candidate, NCC

Reaching out for support is the first step! Difficult friendships, periods of self-doubt, trauma, and major life changes often place people in situations were extra support is helpful, and at times, necessary. In these moments, you may want a listening ear, advice, and resources to move from a place of fear and frustration to a place of action, success, and thriving.

I aim to walk with clients towards measurable goals that bring them peace, contentment, and success in their lives using psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy.

Sam Lewin, Counselor, MA, LLPC

You have taken a huge first step– recognizing that you have something you would like to work through and wanting to do so with the help of a therapist. I aim to cater therapy towards your unique and individual needs.

You know best about the issues you struggle with– I offer a non-judgmental space in which you can feel understood while you process, and together we can work towards developing a way to help you move forward and navigate through life.

I have worked with adults, couples, families, children, and adolescents to help them identify and build upon the skills they have, while finding new ways to deal with the difficulties that life often brings. I do this through the use of psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, existential therapy, and EMDR.

Mavis Mann-Rojas, Counselor, MA, LLPC

I  enjoy providing compassionate and focused therapy to each one of my clients and handle many categories that include anxiety, body-image issues, survivors of trauma, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, Women’s issues, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and attachment issues. I use a holistic, multiculturally-sensitive approach to engender a safe, open therapy experience.

Mindy Kissinger, Counselor, MA, LLPC, PhD Candidate

Allison Haynes, LMSW-Clinical

The decision to seek therapy is as individual as the approaches to treatment. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with almost 10 years of experience providing behavioral therapy to neurodivergent individuals and their families.  In addition, I treat anxiety and depression symptoms that can coexist, utilizing CBT and mindfulness approaches.

Courtney Bennett, Counselor, MAATC, LPC

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate space so that when they are ready, individuals can feel comfortable opening up about their emotions and experiences. In addition to talk therapy, I also offer art therapy as a way to engage the mind and body on a deeper level. I take a nonjudgmental stance and view therapy as a collaborative process. I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will honor your differences, tap into your strengths, and work towards change that is meaningful and important to you.

I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults with a variety of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am also passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ folks. I believe growth occurs through a trusting therapeutic relationship and often use art, authenticity, and humor to create avenues of connection.
